After each having their own spiritual awakenings around 2010, Anne and Mel have spent over two decades navigating healing, childhood wounds, past-life discoveries, soul contracts, signs from spirit, dowsing rods, psychic communication and the everyday chaos of being human while trying to stay awake to it all.

Equal parts spiritual exploration and real talk, the show digs into how beliefs - many rooted in childhood - quietly shape (and limit) our lives, how awakening reshapes relationships and identity, and how to hold space for both the mystical and the mundane.
