Description

Commodity Insider is a daily brief on energy and commodities, and on the geopolitics that moves them. Each episode traces the same chain: a political or military development, the physical flow it changes, the freight and insurance cost that follows, and the delivered price that lands in a buyer's market. Crude, LNG, refined product, freight, and the feedstock chain behind biofuels — used cooking oil, waste lipids, SAF — are treated as one connected system rather than separate beats. Coverage carries a standing West Africa and Atlantic-basin thread. Written for people who price, move or buy physical commodities: traders, analysts, freight and feedstock professionals. Roughly ten minutes, twice a day, morning and evening.
