Welcome to Meditation Within: Guided Journeys, a quiet place to rest your body, settle your mind and come home to the calm that already lives inside you.

I’m your guide in every session. Each guided meditation follows a gentle path: your breath slows, the room around you fades, your body lets go part by part, and a soft count carries you deeper. From there we travel inward together, and each session ends either in peaceful sleep or in a slow, easy return.

Some nights we explore astral travel, lucid dreaming or a calm past life regression, and we meet your inner child, your future self or a wise guide. Other sessions bring you relaxation after a long day, quiet for a restless mind, comfort through grief, a gentle sleep meditation, or calm for nights when anxiety keeps you awake. Every line is followed by a long silence, so you can breathe and go deeper at your own pace.

Listen with headphones, lying down or comfortably seated somewhere quiet, ideally before sleep or in a moment just for yourself. No experience is needed.

New sessions arrive every Monday and Thursday at 5 PM. Follow the show so your next journey is always waiting, and come back whenever you need rest and inner peace.
