Despite the loud obnoxious ad that led into the session, this was a good meditation.
Advertisement should match the tone of the meditation, instead this felt like a slap in the face and was ineffective, can't remember product or service.

I don't like how it ends with a long silence. I often would wake up and think it paused but it's just playing silence. switch to a sleep story podcast that is better for me.
