Here's our story .... this podcast is a spinoff of the Fat Guy Handbook, which originally began as a book in 2009 and was developed into a podcast in 2017 with Cappy and White Cheddar. After White Cheddar hung up his headphones in 2025, Cappy wanted to continue the pod, but has not friends, so he recruited his wife, Running Buddy, who he met through the original Fat Guy Handbook podcast. Yes, ladies, he marries listeners! They rebranded the podcast into the Do Over Duo, which is a funny look inside the lives of a modern married couple exploring the joys and challenges of second marriage. Cappy and Running Buddy pull back the curtain and share all with their Faithful (listeners). Nothing is off limits.
