A long-form improv comedy show between two friends and a rotation of special guests (Emerson friends, Boston-based comedians), staging ‘interviews’ between impromptu characters that meet and come to life in the booth. Inspired by shows such as Comedy Bang! Bang!, Artists on Artists on Artists on Artists, and Dropout’s Very Important People, Sore Thumbs is rooted in character work and on-the-spot banter, so no episode will be the same. For our listeners, we want to cultivate the feeling of being ‘in’ on an inside joke.
