Talking about training, tactics, tools, and more in an uncensored environment, free from bureaucratic red tape so that we can bring you the most possible value.

Episode Date
Defining Entry Approaches

Today, myself (Pat), and @SkyPirate_Actual go through some definitions for the way that different groupings of skill sets approach lock picking and covert entry differently; where some of the overlap is; and where they are different. We also talk about some different types of course offerings and what to expect from them.

Go follow SkyPirate on instagram at @SkyPirate_Actual and @CloakedEntryCo

Any Patreon support would mean the world to us, you can find us at Patreon.com/UTAC. Any support above the $2 level gets you early episode access as well as access to our AFTERSHOWS.

Thanks for the support!

Tactical Training Culture 3.0

Today Dave and Pat discuss how the old Prussian schooling model has been used as a primary means of transferring knowledge for many years and how people have decided to question the standard in order to bring the training-realm into a new and much more effective age. Enjoy.

Patreon.com/UTAC (anything above the $2 level gets you aftershow access) Patreon is literally the backbone of all of the Uncensored Tactical operations. And even just a tip of $2 a month really means a lot to us.

Defending Against CMOE Attacks

Today Pat and Dave discuss not only how to take some easy defensive steps to prevent a lock picking or key copying attack but more importantly "how, why and from whom".

If you find value in our content then please consider supporting us at our $2 a month Patron support level; any patreon level above the $2 level also gets access to our After Show where it usually gets a little weird. We try not to hide our most valuable show content behind a paywall so we did the opposite, we hide literally our WORST content behind a paywall. Enjoy friends. Patreon.com/UTAC

Instructor Titles and Roles

We did it. Another episode on course design and development. We do it because we see a huge lack of resources in the tactical training space to provide high-quality, layered, and properly framed training content and curriculum. Enjoy this high-level content for free. And if you have found some value in this then please consider supporting us on Patreon at patreon.com/UTAC , or by stopping by our website for high quality training or tools at UncensoredTactical.com

Thank you.

Overwhelming Order of Operations for Lock Picking

"How do I know which tool/technique to use, and when. It seems like the options are so diverse that it's hard to know where to start on scene." - Frequently asked question.

Answered today.

Our pateron support really drives this show, so if you're able to offer a value for value at at least the $2 level, that means a lot to us. Anything over the $2 level gives you access to our aftershow and some other early-release content! Patreon.com/UTAC

Thanks a million!

What is a "Captive Student"

Today it's just me, Pat, and we talk about what a captive student is, what your environment is (do you have all, some, or no captive students) and how to use this information to your advantage when creating or upgrading your tactical training course.

Patreon.com/UTAC is a HUGE help to us, even at the $2 level. Anything above the $2 level will get you access to our aftershow content :)

Course Design Series - Defining Settings

Dave and I add another episode to the "Course Design" series. Today we're giving you a lens to look through that will help you know what the learning-setting is that your students are in, helping you to sharpen and crystalize the curriculum that you're writing for your training course. This is the 5th in this series and we hope you find some value in these episodes. If you do find value in this podcast, please visit our homepage to purchase some tools or some training from us, or please consider supporting us via Patreon, at Patreon.com/UTAC , anything above the $2 level gets you access to the after show as well!

Course Design - Pricing and Cost

Today, Dave and I present another in our "Course Design Series" which is intended to help people design and launch, or improve, their tactical course instructing businesses. There is much more to the math, the numbers, the budget, and selecting a course price than just "What do I think the course is worth". We walk you through a lot of that today and we hope that you get a lot of value out of it.

Patreon.com/UTAC is a huge help to us if you are able to support us. It also gives you access to our after show content if you support us at above the $2 level. Thank you!

@SkyPirate_Actual on Bolt Cutters

@SkyPirate_Actual of @CloakedEntryCo joins us today to talk about dispelling dumb instagram comments like "I'd just use my bolt cutters" and "I'd just kick the door in" or one of our favorites "I always have my breaching shotgun ready heheheheh". We also add some value about how you can use these forcible methods without killing yourself or others.

If you got any value out of today's show please come visit UncensoredTactical.com for tools and training and for all of our source articles for these podcasts. You can also help to keep this podcast content coming by supporting us on Patreon at Patreon.com/UTAC

Original Outdoors on Training Course Development

Back to our regularly scheduled content (non-code breaking!) where Rich and Amy of OriginalOutdoors.co.uk were kind enough to come onto the show to talk with Dave and I, to share some information on how they have developed their courses behind the scenes so that we can all help YOU develop any courses that you are thinking about bringing to the world.

We all truly enjoy bringing value to others and we hope that we did so with this episode. Other value related news... after this show ended, Rich and Amy stayed on for a few more minutes to record UTAC's first ever after show. Dave and I discussed a lot of the framing around this and decided that nothing "vital" would be hidden behind the podcast after-show paywall, just a short post-episode recording of some off-topic ranting, and some slightly drunken stories. If you want to hear literally the WORST most disorganized discussions that we have together, then you can support us at anything over the $2 level for our patreon support and you will get access to our after show episodes :)

Thanks so much for sticking around. See you all on the next episode! Ask hard questions, use smart tactics, and always bring your humor.

Brute Force Codes for 5 Button Variable Input Locks

This episode, and the last two, will certainly not be my most popular episodes ever. But, when you realize that you need access to a locked push-button lock and that a code breaking attempt is your best bet... boy will this podcast episode (and the last 2) quickly become your favorite thing ever!!!

We'd love your support via UncensoredTactical.com where we sell entry tools and training courses. Also, patreon.com/utac is a huge help if you're able to support us there!

Thank you!

Brute Force Codes 12 Input Locks

Not a "listen from the beginning" episode! This is a resource for when you need it. This is also a value add to one of our latest items in our gear store, the Brute Force Code Notebook, which is a paper listing of all these codes.

If you DO end up using this resource in the field, and it DOES end up saving you time and money and effort, please consider supporting us by visiting our homepage, UncensoredTactical.com , to find out about all of the ways you could get involved with more of our gear and training, and consider supporting us via our Patreon at Patreon.com/UTAC

I Know that this episode is weird, but when you need it, it will be very NOT weird.

See you on the next one.

Books Behind the Badge

Instagram's @BooksBehindtheBadge joins us today in our private UTAC Tactical College to teach our small class about some lessons learned from reading, and to recommend some books to help us expand our perspectives and knowledge base.

UTAC's private "Tactical College" is a small group of students with access to a private Discord server where we can chat and share information 24/7. We meet at least twice a month for special presentations by Subject Matter Experts in their fields. We only open enrollment into our college a few times a year so if you're interested, please email me and please stay tuned to our Instargram page @UncensoredTactical , and wait for a top-tier patreon seat to open up at Patreon.com/UTAC

Coded Vs Keyed Padlocks

While the answer is "It depends", I'll try to tell you why.

Pateron support means the world to us if you've found any value in today's show.

Viewing Tactical Training Without Judgement

This was a tough one. I definitely did some ranting on this one but it's something that I deeply care about and am passionate about, and I ranted with the best of intentions. This tactical community has come incredibly far in the last decade, and I really want this community to grow even more in the future. There are incredible physical feats with the transfer of knowledge and skill that instructors are able to deliver to their students. What UTAC really wants to bring to this field is a MENTAL stretch. THINKING differently, and still being awesome at our tactical craft. Hopefully you enjoy this week's episode. See you on the next one.

How Often Do You Train as an Instructor

Once you take your skill set or your craft full time as an instructor, how much time do you devote to actually practicing your craft? Well, it's a question with quite a few variables in its answer. I hope you enjoy the discussion!

CBRNart Mitch on Personal Value Outside the Military

This episode is not for everybody. This one is deep, and a little somber but, a LOT of people struggle with their identity after they leave military service or a first responder job, and many more struggle with their identity, when it comes to the value they provide, while they are IN service. This is a tough episode but an important one. Please, send your feedback if you decide to listen. Email: Pat@utac.io or DM mitch or I on instagram. @CBRNart @uncensoredtactical

Behind the Scenes Updates

No editing. Just uploading. I've started opening up my personal life a little bit on the podcast and a lot of people have written in and said that they found a lot of value in it. So here we go again. Not asking for patreon support today. Not asking to get involved in any of the tools or services. Just asking, if you enjoyed or got value out of any of the sharing today, shoot me an email. I try to give it out at the beginning and end of almost every episode.

Happy holidays friends.

Might only do one more show after this one, for the year.

Brute Force Code Sheets for Entry

Today Bubbers and I are back to talk about a new product that you'll be seeing in a few weeks on the Uncenored Tactical gear store. We're growing very slowly but it's a good thing, because we are filtering everything that we do here at UTAC through our principles. One of those principles is that we will not stock "fluff" in our gear store and that the things we DO stock work well in the field. UncensoredTactical.com

An Overlooked Tactical Audience

Today I have a psuedo-anonymous friend of mine "Kevin" on to discuss a topic he's passionate about which is the market between "Brand New Target Shooters" and "Tier One Special Forces SWAT Training". So much of life's tactical engagements happen in between those two training levels and it seems that most of the firearms training world caters mostly to JUST these two groups at the edges of the spectrum.

Why Restrict Training to LEOs Only

Today we talk about some of the reasons people would choose to restrict their training and make it only available to people that are active duty military or active Law Enforcement. This is going to upset a lot of people that aren't ready to hear new perspectives that question the status quo. If you believe in "America!" and in the American Rifleman, and that the people are the government and the government are the people, then I challenge you to listen to his episode with an opened mind. -Pat
