This could be a good podcast if the background music wasn't so unbelievably loud and repetitive. If a 20 second music segment repeating for a hundred times at almost the same volume as the narrator sounds good then this podcast is good you.

This podcast has very interesting stories, yet butched in my opinion, by the pacing of what I can only compare to someone reading a faced paced book to the listener.
